At UKREiiF in Leeds, Housing Minister Matthew Pennycook announced the national rollout of the Small Sites Aggregator (SSA) — a programme with the ambition to unlock small, brownfield land in public ownership to build 10,000 social rent homes a year. We want to take a moment to celebrate that. Not because the work is finished – far from it, but because the programme has been developed through a genuine one-team approach.
